Ht. 5'1", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hi everybody..i have recently decided to become a vegetarian and am having trouble finding things to eat and i feel like i am eating ALOT more carbs than i used to..the only diet restrictions i have are absolutely no meat, i still eat dairy products. so if anyone has any good ideas as to what are some good meat-free foods, please respond!

Boco burgers/lasagna/chili are all great. Beans and nuts. Spinach and broclii. Whole Wheat breat. Veggie sterfrys. Plenty of yummy veggie things will keep you running at 100%. Don't forget to take a multi vitamin.
