Ht. 5'8", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 180 lb - My Name is Naomie and I am obese obviously............I REALLY more than anything in this world want to loose weight. I have yo-yo dieted for almost 4 years and have failed....... HELP ME!

Step 1: Go to your kitchen and throw away most the junk food/impluse items. Keep only 1 or 2 for special treats. Step 2: Make a list of Things you need to make healthy meals. I persanally like Lean Cusine meals, Healthy choice Pizza, and boca burgers on a lite bun with mustard. Also put things like fruits and veggies you like, Low cal soups, and other low calorie meals. Step 3: Eat something and then go to the store and get whats on your list. No junk food!! Step 4: Keep a food diary of when you eat and what your eating. Step 5: Start adding in workouts like a walk, swimming, bike ride, elliptical, or other cardio. Step 6: Keep up your work outs and healthy eating. You can do it!! Just be patient because it took a long time to get over weight and it takes a long time to get it off too. It is so worth it in the end :)
