Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is my plan for the next week.Monday's Wednesday's, and Friday's do soccer for 40 min, then do 10 min pilates, For Tuesday's Thursday's Saturday's and Sunday's I'm gonna do 30 min soccer, and 30 min Taebo. Unless I mess up. i'm have to lose at least 20 pounds by time school starts up. I ate so bad today. I'm on my peroid so I binged today. Well 2 morrow is a day I hope I do better. haha i binge a lot..i get out of the habit of exercising ONE DAY and i end up losing all motivation until i force myself to get back into the habit .
but if you get into the habit of exercising/eating right and don't break it while youre on your period, i find it really helps. you feel so much better. the cramps arent noticible and you dont feel like crap,your so much more alert
