Ht. 5'4", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 140 lb - has anyone lost 20lbs or more? if so, can you please tell me how you did it. thanks, good luck all~

I've lost about ermmm....haha wow I'm bad at math..working on it..35 pounds so far. Well, I just ate right and started running every day. I became vegetarian in that time frame,for reasons not dealing with my weight, eating meat goes against my morals. Umm..well I counted calories and cut out fast food and pop for the most part. I rarely ever ate sweets, I ate a lot slower. Umm..can't think of anything else.

I have lost 29 pounds. What I did was workout for 30 min or more a day. Then cut out pop, junk food, and cut back on calories. to 1200 a day. I hope this helps. Or take and do 20 min then another 20 min then a exercse tape. I do 20 min every hour or every 2 to 3 hours
