Ht. 5'8", Start: 12 st 12, Today: 12 st 12, Goal: 8 st 0 - i dont think that anyone should feel ashamed about there weight. i know that you all think your fat, i do to, but i dont fink we should let it get us down. Just try to eat healthily and do some excersise but have fun as well.    (Note: 12 st 12 is 180 lb.)
