Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 157 lb - WHAT I DID TO LOSE 10 INCHES ALL OVER MY BODY IN A WEEK!!!! 1.Kept a food journal and wrote down ALL the calories ive eaten that day making sure i got my veggies, meat and fruit from the food prymaid in, i never really ate fatty foods but i guess its up 2 u (calories never extended 800).JUST DONT BINGE ALOT IN THE NIGHT AND YOUR FINE. 2. I also did 2 or more aerobic classes----i.e, Hip Hop Abs and and group fitness classes at the gym----BEWARE ALL THESE CLASSES I TOOK WERE EXTREMLY HARD BUT I WAS EXTRA MOTIVATED. :) 3. I also did elleptical machines making sure to BURN MORE THAN 300 calories. 4.THATS IT!!!!!! EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING ALOTT made me feel better about myself and not to mention lose 10 inches all over my body in a week!!! IT REALLY WORKS BYE GUYS AND THANX FOR BELIVING IN ME ;)

omg im not starving myself!!!! i felll satisified with wat im eating and YES i did it fast food a couple days ago and im still losing weight so nobody say that im in STARVATION MODE K!!

800 calories is way too little. If you put your body in starvation mode like that then all the weight plus more will come back!

Well i know why you lost so many inches.....your starving yourself. Doctors EVERYWHERE say that girls need to eat at least 1200 calories a day if not more. Talk to your doctor.
