Ht. 5'11", Start: 257 lb, Today: 257 lb, Goal: 140 lb - This is my first time here yesterday my nieghbor came over to talk to my parents while i was playing basketball and she said that it was good to see someone of my size playing outside that is when i knew i was putting on weight ok so i play sports but i am terrible with eating junk food today i ate 1300 calories how did i do also i did various exercises for 45 minutes.

hey gurl im the same. im 6 1 and 248 lbs and i love to play sports but i always have to work 3 times a s hard just to be behind. but im tryin to lose so that wont have to happen
