They weighed and measured us. I feel comfortable about my trainer. She is a sweetheart and she is so supporting of me. So I tried some of the machines at Curves, and wow I love them. Curves is beginning to boost my motiavation. I set a goal of 200 pounds. I figure if I get to work out at curves in the morning then after I eat dinner I can go for a stroll around my street.
