Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been on for awhile if any of you remember me. Yesterday was weird. I ate about 1200 calories but the food was so unhealthy. Can i still put on weight burning more calories than i ate if the food is bad? I had cocoa puffs, a little bit of oatmeal, tomato soup, 15 saltines, almost 300 calories worth of ice ceam, and half a hot dog. Ewww. Well i walked for about 3 hours yesterday. Was yesterday good or bad?
