Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I ate a lot yesterday. Like mostly everything was healthy but I had a bit of ice cream at like really late. I overate. I need some motivation. I am grounded and the only exercise I can do is on dvd and it's boring pretty much. Also, my legs are HUGE and fat. I want them smaller and tight. The rest of me is pretty much okay but I have a lot of fat on my legs. Someone should write me out a to-do list to get nice, toned legs by the end of the summer. Thanks. =]

You should lay on your back and bicycle your legs it really tones them. Also lay on your stomnach and stretch them out off the ground for as long as you can:)
