Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 105 lb - how was todays eating and how many calories roughly do you think ive had
breakfast- wholewheat toast thinly spread with peanut butter
lunch- one slice of wholewheat bread, lettuce with dressing, blueberries and cherries
dinner- lettuce with dresseing, 6 squares of white chocolate
snacks- blueberries, 200 calorie bar
was that too bad? i dont know i hope not, i wont eat anything the rest of today and then tomorow im going to the gym so it should all work out.

are you serious? not trying to be rude, but having just lettuce and dressing for dinner is not good at all. Roughly, I'd say you probably had around 700-800 cal. Thats like starvation mode. I see your trying to be cautious, and not over eat, but under eating, is worse than over eating.

You didn't do bad but you didn't get enough protein in there. IDK if you are a vegetarian or not but if you are then you should try eating fake meat (cuz it has great soy protein) and if you eat meat then remember to just have lotsa chicken and turkey!

You did good you probably had about 920 calories if I counted right which is not a lot. However you don't want to eat too little calories either. Maybe like 1300 calories daily.
