Ht. 5'6", Start: 280 lb, Today: 280 lb, Goal: 200 lb - my body is sort of oddly shaped, i have a big middle (stomach, waist) and my arms and legs aren't as bad. what can i do to make the middle smaller?

aerobics are great! i would know, my mom has been an aerobics instructor since wayyyyy before i was born! as for crunches, they just tone the muscle UNDER the fat. so you still have the fat covering it. just do cardio and get your heart rate up to like 150-160, in the "fat burning zone" itll help over the course of a few weeks.
