Ht. 5'9", Start: 187 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 160 lb - ok, so this may sound like a dumb question, but when you run, and your abs start aching, thats good right? Like your strenghtening (sp) them. I was just curious, because sometimes when I run, they ache, and I wake up in the morning sore, and then when I run another time, I fine running, and I don't wake up sore at all

Perhaps you just pushed yourself abit much and thats why you are sore. keep up the good work.
