Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 125 lb - this is what I had today. Breakfast- dry cereal and 8 small slices of strawberries. lunch 420 cal 10 p.c. chicken,powerade,100calsweet and sour. Supper- the rest of my pzones i only ate half last night. For exercise 3min taeblo maybe something else how did i do

1. Put milk in your cereal...you're growing, you need calcium...
2. Don't have powerade thats just full of sugar, have water instead.
