I'd prefer not to have to take a vitamin pill. Are there any other foods with calcium in them?

Reply from Danielle, Age 17 - 06/29/07 - IP#: 24.117.99.xxx if they make you feel ill you may have ibs or be slightly lactose intolerant... talk to your doctor and they can give you a type of medicine that allows you to eat calcium rich foods and drinks without getting sick.
