Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Today I had Captian Crunch w/o milk for breakfest.
2 biscuts for lunch.
Half of a peanut butter sandwhich for dinner.
And a peice of Salt Water Taffy for my treat.
I exersized on my exercise bike for one hour, burning 600 calories.
Am I doing good? I want to get to my goal before the 1st of August.

No, sorry but that's not good at all. Captain crunch is an unhealthy, un-nutritional cereal...try like any other one is better than that. You didn't have ANY fruits or vegetable...so it's not good...but good luck for tomorrow!!
