Ht. 5'3", Start: 130 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I've gained a lot of weight and I don't know what I should do.I don't think I'm completely over-weight,but I could stand to lose a good couple of pounds.But in a medical sense,I am over-weight,for my height and age,I should weigh at least 125,but I think I'd look rediculous so I want to go back to 130.Does anyone have any ideas to help on what I should do or how to get started?

Start small. What do you eat now? Eat less of the unhealthy stuff, more of the healthy stuff. Lots of salads with fat-free or lite dressings, fruits, pretzels, healthy popcorn, lean cuisine meals, cereal, milk, etc. Set aside time to exercise all the time! Good luck.
