Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Ok I am really 125 lbs but the website won't let me post if I only weigh that. That should mean I shouldn't be on this website but I like it here it keeps me motivated and since my whole family is super super skinny I don't feel so alone when I come here. Ok so today I had breakfast-2 egg whites, 1/2 banana, 1/2 wheat tortilla= 127 cal. Lunch-100 cal. chicken noodle soup snacks- none YET Dinner- not there yet. Exercise- 100 sit ups, advanced core and strength from the book "The diet for teens", 45 min. on exercise bike, and 40 min. walk/jog around my block, hilly. How did I do so far?

Breakfasts should have 250-400 calories in them and should include grains, protein, dairy, and fruit. That is not very much food so far. Eat more earlier in the day, don't eat a huge dinner at night instead. Good job on exercise. pshh you should be my weight loss buddie! snazzychick@msn.com =]
