Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So I started my diet on Thursday (1200 calories,lots of veggies and trying to eat healthy), and I've been doing really good with that... And I've even been walking and jogging for 30 minutes every day since. I'm a little sad because I've gained about a pound and a half since Thursday. Is it possible that it's muscle? Or am I just doing something wrong?

dont weigh urself every day u will go nuts. do it once a week. u can definately gain muscle so dont worry so much about the weight go by how u feel and how healthy u feel and u will start feeling better about how u look too!

had the same exact problem but throught the week i found out i lost 7 pounds and kept it off
