Ht. 5'5", Start: 236.5 lb, Current: 234 lb, Goal: 130 lb -
Hello :) Well I'm not sure if anyone remembers me but i've been coming here since i was 14 and I'm soon going to be 16. Well I lost about 30 lbs by coming on here with the support and everything and Then i got to my all time high, almost 237 lbs. Well now i'm back and for the past 3 days i've been dieting like crazy and excersizing. Today for example I had a few grapes and an apple for breakfast and for lunch I had a veggie burger on a peice of wheat bread with mustard and lettuce on top. No ideas for dinner yet and excersize I do at least 150 situps a night and skateboard at night and go walking around town. What do you guys think?

Hey! I would say you need more cardiovascular exercise like jogging. situps are good to tone muscles but what you really need is exercise like swimming, soccer, jogging, etc. to lose the weight. And it sounds like you arent eating enough. if you deprive yourself you will lose lots of weight but then will gain it all back as soon as u stop the diet. add some more healthy food to what u eat now, eg. a veggie burger and a salad and some fruit, so u arent starving yourself.
