Ht. 5'1", Start: 231 lb, Today: 231 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So I have decided to change my life for the better and start to get healthy. but it is so hard, as im sure many of you know, because of my friends. i mean think about it, everything in life is like centered around food. go to movies-eat, party-eat, even funerals you eat after. and it really is a sickness with me. i dont even want the food half the time. i think i eat because i am sad i am bigger then all my friends. and my mom is big too so its not like she can help me. so i guess im looking for a friend. anyone?
