Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey uh...quick inquiry...I dunno Im just freakin out and I know I shouldnt be but well. When I started eating healthier and stuff, I was loosing about a pound per day because it was all easy weight to lose cause I had gained it quickly. But now I can tell it's gunna slow down, because yesterday i was 137, and today im 137.5. If I eat six small meals a day and excersize frequently such as walks and biking and going to curves 2-3 times a week, will I still keep loosing weight? If so, do you still think I'd be able to reach my goal of 120 by Sept.?

probably not by september, but october for sure. seems like youve got a great plan going!

wat usually happens is u loose weight quickly then u slow down, u gain back a few pounds then u start loosing the weight slowly... at least thats usually wat happens on most diets. sometimes its hard to stay on them wen ur gaining or losing slowly but its imprortant that u try really hard or ull regret not staying on it. at least thats how it is for me

that is a normal weight fluctuation, just look at the over all trend, plus it's not healthy to weigh yourself everyday try once a week and see your weeks weight loss not your days.
