From Chantel, Age 14 - 07/05/07 - IP#: 75.80.235.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok I'm pretty bummed here...considering I had a horrible day yesterday and the lowest I've been this week is 136 and the highest 139, and currently Im about 138, but my most stable was 137. And I'm loosing weight slowly now. So, I've decided that I'm gunna keep doing my healthy eating, and keep excersizing and weigh-in at the end of every week. But one quick question: should I eat 3 full meals per day or 5 small meals? Or does it matter? And whats an example of 5 small meals? I'd probably have to boost the excercize if I ate 5 small meals too, huh? And is walking for an hour per day good excersize? AND HOW THE HEC DO YOU SPELL EXCERSIZE X.x Thanks :) Stay strong, you guys.

I don't get really hungry that often... so I just do 3 meals..I think that's your best bet is to just eat when you are hungry. And an hour of exercise is good. Hehe... and since you asked, it's exercise... I think :P it's a difficult word to spell.
