Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Well thank God that i didnt gain weight from yesturdays splurg but it doesnt make it ok, and im so not going to do that again!Today i did really well and i have no real desire for the bad foods anymore and i actually am starting to look forward to exercising.im feeling really pumped up right now!WISHING LUCK TO EVERYBODY!
