Ht. 5'9", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 155 lb - hey ive been on here like a million times doin a million diets. i just need help. i never! stick to a diet, its soooo hard. and the worst part is that i want to be a dietitian and i cant be a fat dietitian! i realllllyyy need to get healthy. any tips. and just for reassurance yesterday i had B- egg beaters, grits, wheat toast with one pack of promise margarine, it had 3 grams of fat and .5 saturated. L- veggie burger, a plum, and a cup of watermelon, D- chicken, 2 slices of rye bread 160 cals. (i kno i could of done wheat but we ran out) :[ its a chicken sandwhich that i made and it had lots of romaine lettuce with two slices of tomato and 2 teaspoons of fat free dukes mayonaisse- 10 cals and with that i had 10 cherries. for dessert i had a cup of cantelope
is this ok or should i have more veggies than fruit cuz theres so much sugar in fruit. i also had like 5 bottles of water. and i was working outside some and i also had to go to work where i do alot! of walking.
k im desperate. i need help!

sounds good and it's ok to eat a lot of fruit. i HATE vegetables, so that's what i do. i read an article by Chalene Johnson (fitness instructor, creator of Turbo Jam) that if you don't like vegetables, just eat fruit!
