Ht. 5'4", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 205 lb - hey today for b.f. i had:blueberries with whip cream, two bites of a biscuit, and 3 bacon strips, for lunch i had: a veggie burger(no bun) with diana sauce and some red peppers for dinner i had:1.5 spring rolls, a few bites of peanut noodles,1.5 chicken breasts some rice and veggies, i did 45 burpies (these jump push up thingys) and 20 monutes on the treadmill how did i do?

It definately wasn't bad. I'd say you did fairly good exept for the breakfast- if you are like me when you eat cool whip you eat too much of it...the bacon is HORRIBLE for you. Plus pigs are cute. Pork=bad for you. Don't eat it. For breakfast try Go Lean CRuntch cereal w/ 1% milk & some berries for a filling, healthy breakfast.
