Ht. 5'8", Start: 206 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Tell me if this scenario is ok.... Is it possible to lose 30 pounds in 8 weeks.....If i do an 1 hour and 45 min. of cardio burning 1100 and only eat about 750 calories. PLZ JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION!!!! I DONT WANT COMMENTS THAT QUESTION WHAT IM DOING!!!! THANKS FOR YOUR TIME GUYS BYE!!!!! XD

NO!do NOT do that! my mom is a fitness instructor and a personal trainer. im overweight, and its hard when you have such an athletic mom, but ive learned that the only healthy way to take off weight is to do it slowly, and make it a lifestyle change, or else the weight will come back on, and then some. just eat healthy, and get some sort of activity per day, and devote a couple hours a week to more intense work out, and it will slowly come off FOR GOOD. trust me, my moms a personal trainer, and my aunt has lost 100 lbs.

Omg I have the same problem I'm trying to lose 30 pnds in 8 weeks too but I guess u can I saw the dr.keith show && a girl lost 40 pnds in like 9 weeks. I think u could

that is WAYYY not good for you. you shouldnt rush losing weight, it doesnt just happen overnight! you need to eat as much or even more caloriesthan you burn off!

it is possible, but don't plan on keeping it off, because you are not going to eat 750 calories the rest of your life, i lost over 30 lbs in 3 months, but i ate around 1100, to 1200 a day, and it's been over a year that i kept it off

I think it's quite possible, although I seriously wouldn't recommend it.
