Ht. 5'4", Start: 226 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 115 lb - i have officially lost 2 lbs. now there is one major issue i am working on right now, does any one kno how to get rid of armpit fat?i kno,sounds weird huh? it like a section of fat between ut arm and chest. its the only thing stopping me from wearing a tank top, cause i can find tank topps that fit, but that arm pt fat ruins it, without wearing a tank top i cant get a good tan, which i need.
