Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Ok its been a week so far and i have lost 5 pounds! im really happy but the last two days i really have to push myself to exercise...it is so hard for me to get on the tredmill! but im just trying to look ahead and realize what i really want.So yeah im hoping ill get a little boost soon and kick it in to high gear, i know what i want and for once im going to work hard until i get it im tired of giving up on things!

All i have been doing for exercise is 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening walkin on the tredmill and 100 crunches...10 lunges...& 10 push ups at night.

great job! i'm really looking forward to results like that. i've been putting off exercise for awhile :/ what have you been doing?
