I probly ate over 1500 calories, it was like 500 calories for breakfast, 180 for a snack, 200 or more for lunch, then probly over 500 for supper then,I ate a piece of cake, and 3 pieces of lunch meat. So that's like 2000 calories I feel so bad. I kinda cleaned my room today for like 20 min then I kinda chased my dad around the house, then 5 min of oblictal thing and probly 5 more min or 10 min of cardio instead of the oblical thing or I might do both. At least 2morrow is a new day
