I am curious has anyone ever just ate healthy and walked for an hr and a half a day and lost weight? I keep my calorie intake under 1500. and i have been walking for an hr and a half everyday its more like race walking to and then there is swimming. i am always swimming since it is summer. and my biggest weakness is night time eating. it soo hard not too eat at night for me. but anyway i am rambling on and would like your thoughts on this.. k thanks. bye =]
Reply from Kayla, Age 16 - 07/13/07 - IP#: 75.42.86.xxx well you are only aloud 20 carbs per meal...and you minus dietary fiber from the printed number of carbs...then you can have like 2 snacks that are 15 carbs....and thats pretty much it the only thing i dont count carb wise it cheese & meat or fruit...i eat alot of fruit now in replace of junk food.

I actually usually only did 30-45 minutes, but about three weeks ago, I increased it to 90 min. I think walking is a great source of exercise, and I know that for me, personally, it is something I can easily stick to. Good luck!
