Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I measured myself an I'm actually 5'4 now! Cool dude. I wish I would grow two or 3 more inches though. Anyway I was wondering if this is a good diet and exercise plan? Totally different from what I've been doing but:
8:00-Fat free yogurt with piece of fruit
Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes
10:00-Piece of bread with peanut butter
Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes
12:00-Smoothie with fat free milk, ice, and various fruit
Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes
2:00-Sandwich with honey ham, tomato, avocado, and mericle whip
Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes
4:00-Salad with fat free ranch, chicken, and hard-boiled egg
Run for 5 minutes, walk for 5 minutes
6:00-Veggie bowl with broccoli, peas, carrots, anything in a small portion
May drink water, vitamin water, and fat free milk throughout the day
Ride bike or swim for 30 minutes each day.
Gunna try to loose 10 more pounds within 6 weeks.
