Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 110 lb - How much weight do you think I could lose if I biked 40 miles a day (I know it seems a little extreme but my friend does it almost everyday and she's basically in the same shape as me)

Don't worry at bike camp they bike 25 miles a day so that's not extreme

If u can bike 40 miles everyday then well ur set the weight will definitely come off and u will build lean muscle in no time. However 40 miles a day would be lets say 5 miles an hour then 8 hours of riding. U can also lose a lot of weight by joining a spinning class or biking for 1-2 hours five-6 days a week. It is important to have at least one day of rest otherwise u can hurt ur muscles and u won't be able to work out. If u do plan on riding ur bike for 40 miles a day remember ur body is gonna be sore for like a good week. good luck!!
