Ht. 5'4", Start: ... lb, Current: 154 lb, Goal: 124 lb -
hey, im a new user.
i ws going through my clothes today, an i tried on a pair of jeans that i got 6 months ago, an they would hadley do up around my belly. I used to weigh 135 an i weighed myself today an im 154, meaning ive put on 19lbs in the last 6 months. i noticed i was getting fat, but it diddn't realy bother me. it does now. my frends say im not fat, but they haven't seen the size of my belly! it mesures about 40 cm. every time i look in the mirror, all i see is fat. i hate my fat belly an i'd like to lose about 10lbs in the next 2 weeks. any tips?

do walk away the pounds their are 3 or 4 mile walks they really do work. I have it at home and I lost so far about 4 pounds on it
