Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Another pound gone. It might just be water weight becuase I had my peroid but every night I do a 4 mile walk that takes an hour.

I walk 4 miles a day and I eat more or exaclt 1200 calories. I don't go over 1700 calories. And that's bascially it I still eat junk food and still drink pop.but not that much

How did you loose so much weight? I'm 13 5 ft. 7 in. and I weigh 191 lbs. Ineed Help
