100 for 5' and 5 for each pound after that, so 140

it all depends on your bone structure and how muscular you are. if you are bigger boned and muscular too, 150 would be a good goal. on the other hand if you are small boned with not much muscle, you could even go lower than 140. it all depends. look in the mirror and flex your stomach, then pinch the fat on your stomach and see how much of it you can pinch. if you can pinch an inch, you have between 15-20 pounds to lose.
