Ht. 5'8", Start: 206 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 165 lb - yea well i lost 18 POUNDS, im so happy and i feel better. I went to the mall this past Sunday and actually BOUGHT a cute shirt at 5.7.9. and it was a meduim YEA!!! Well this website(fitday.com) told me i have about 5 weeks and 6 days to lose 23 more pounds which i think is totally possible!! And they also told me i have to approx. lose 4 lbs. in one week to meet my goal. ITS ALL GONNA WORK OUT I KNOW IT IS IM DETERMINED

well first i eat about 800 calories of WHATYEVER I WANT MAKING SURE I NEVER EXCEED THE SERVING SIZE LIMIT. Secondly i go to the gym and do 2 hours of cardio on any elliptical machine i feel like going on lol and then i weight train 2x a week ohh and make sure youre BURNING MORE THAN WHAT YOU EAT...this is probably the most important tip of weight loss b/c if u dont do that its scientifically IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight. thats pretty much it AND ALSO BELIVE U CAN LOSE WEIGHT OR ITS USELESS... AM I RIGHT!!!!! WELL BYE

How have you bine losing weight becuase i've bine trying and done alot of progress but i'm not loseing the weight as fast as i want. So can you give me any advice?
