Ht. 5'5", Start: 163 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey I just wanna know if I did ok morning - three cookies small ones = 160 cal lunch salad dinner - turkey sub- 315 and only water and 2hr of video workout I just wanna know if this is o.k thnx.

im gonna be honest with you because i want to help you!
Your eating the wrong stuff and the wrong amount!
Instead of eating three cookies which wont fill you up, eat a big bowel of porridge or egg white on toast (brown toast)
When it has less calories you can eat more of it and then you are totally full and you wont be snacking later as a result of being hungry!

wow your eating too SMALL. Take my advice please....eat at least 1000-1200 of HEALTHY FOOD OR ANYTHING OF APPORIATE PORTION CONTROL....other than that your workout is awesome keep it up and eat more jenny
