Ht. 5'8", Start: 206 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 165 lb - well first i eat about 800 calories of WHATYEVER I WANT MAKING SURE I NEVER EXCEED THE SERVING SIZE LIMIT. Secondly i go to the gym and do 2 hours of cardio on any elliptical machine i feel like going on lol and then i weight train 2x a week ohh and make sure youre BURNING MORE THAN WHAT YOU EAT...this is probably the most important tip of weight loss b/c if u dont do that its scientifically IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight. thats pretty much it AND ALSO BELIVE U CAN LOSE WEIGHT OR ITS USELESS... AM I RIGHT!!!!! WELL BYE

you don't have to count calories at all!!! all you have to do is eat smart foods that speed up your matabolism and exercise at least 3 times a week
