Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 150 lb - um,hi.I was just wanted to know if I burn 300 cals everyday,for 5 days in a week.on a 1500-1000 cal diet would i lose weight?please replie back,I could use all the support I can get.Good luck to everybody:)

Sorry, I have to change what I said a little. Your body will probably burn around 1450 a day naturally, and when added with your lifestyle, it'll probably burn around 2000. With extra physical activity, you'd burn even more.

Actually, I think you would, because your body probably burns about 2000 calories daily regardless if you do any physical activity. So to lose a pound a week, you'd have to cut out 500 calories daily, meaning you could eat about 1500, to lose one pound, and if you burned more through exercise, you could lose even more.

about 3500 calories equals a pound. so if you cut out 300 calories for 5 days, you are only cutting out 1500 calories a week. so No. You wont even lose half a pound. Try cutting out 500 calories(so eat about 1500 a day) for 7 days a week and you will lose 1 pound a week.
