Ht. 5'3", Start: 11 st 0, Today: 11 st 0, Goal: 7 st 7 - well today ive done pretty good, i think!
I have eaten 3 egg whites (scrambeled) for my breakfast,
and 2 pieces of toasted brown bread with smooth peanut butter.
I have jumped rope, i did 300 jumps.
For my dinner i plan to have fresh fish with some sort of veg!
And i plan to do around 1 hour- 1 hour and 30 minutes on my stepper machine!
So guys... how did i do?
(Note: 11 st 0 is 154 lb.)
