Ht. 5'4", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I want to lose like 25 pounds and i really need help/tips on how so if anyone has advice please tell me. I try to run on my tredmill but i cant run very long.. so plesae help.

hi lindsay one thing you can do is walk for 1 hour everyday or 2 times a week.
