Ht. 5'6", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 140 lb - um i wanted to know if youz guyz can give me any tips.........................oh and how much weight do youz guyz think that i can loose in 25 dayz??

Hi Blanca, I'm Satine. I think you can lose AT LEAST 8 pounds in 25 days. Here's what I'm doing . . . I'm drinking lots of water, doing stretches and exercises, eating only when I'm hungry and eating only until I don't feel hungry. I'm writing down everything I eat, about 1400 calories a day. The internet has places where you can find calorie counts on about anything. Stay motivated by reading Fitness Magazine.

u can lose about 6-7 pounds at the most(3 pounds a week) what do u need to know about? food? exercise? i dont wanna tell u stuff u already know.
