From Emily, Age 13 - 07/22/07 - IP#: 4.239.255.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - every time i eat, i feel like i HAVE to exercise afterwards or i will get fatter(cuz usually, i do, even if i eat something healthy) i get that from my dad. does anybody else feel like that after they eat and then run around or exercise. somebody i know told me that ive been acting wierd lately with food and exercise and that im an exercise bulimic.I even went home from another friend's house so i can exercise and i was sick that day too. i didnt believe her til i looked it up and its real and all the symptoms describe me. IS ANYBODY ELSE LIKE THAT? I THINK I NEED SOME HELP.

I feel like I NEED to exercise EVERY day, or else i will get sick or feel incomplete. I dont think that this means your have belimia, or a disorder, but maybe you should think about giving yourself a break. After all, rest will help you lose more weight in the long run, and you are better off no wearing yourself down so much. And you definitly shouldnt be exercising while you are sick!!
