Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ive always been overweight but im not really an overeatter right now one of my friends is being my personal trainer( her dad owns a gym..i weigh 2 of her) right now she has me doing this workout at least once a day( jumping jacks, sit ups, jumping jacks, push ups(womans) repeat) i am really happy cause in the past yeari havent been able to do sit ups or push ups now i can cause she forced me...so is there any other workout ideas u have?

workouts can be fun. u can go swimming,dancing, roller skating or just going walks can burn calories
