Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - so today i had lots of water yogurt with organic granola,chai tea with some honey, 100 calorie pack wheat thins with humus,and half a bar of hersheys chocolate,a can od manderine oranges. i rollerbladed a mile, walked jogged about a mile, and played wall ball soccer for about an half an hour. How did i do? P.S. i am not starving i feel happy and content.

you should feel content what you ate was wonderful and fulfilling!!!!! As for as exercise, GREEAT JOOB :D
