Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Alright so my problem with losing weight is my workout routine is boring and I really don't feel motivated to do it. I just hop on the treadmill and run 10min. straight. I've lost some pounds but I still feel hella fat. I mean the weight scale says I lost that many pounds but I feel I still look hella fat. Also I injured my knee so I have limited movement. I can still run but not at full speed. I'm a pretty athletic guy though I used to play basketball. But I can't play ball because of my knee. And it's summer so I really have nothing to do the majority of the day. Can anyone suggest some workouts that aren't boring I can do when I'm bored?

OK do some get walk away the pounds or Taebo they are really fun and you really get a good workout on it. Walk away the pounds I lost 4 pounds on it in less than 2 weeks

do u have an mp3 player? If not go and buy one it will probably make your workout so much better and reliving
