Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I need help I change my routine every day and i eat less than 1500 calories. And I exercise for about 2 hours a day so what am I doing wrong. Is it because I'm eating to much junk food and stuff sometimes I go over 1500 calories. PLease give me some tips I need to lose 10 pounds by August 27. PLease help

you dont have to exercise even more, i think you're excercising a lot already, so try cutting back on 100 calories and see what happens. hope i helped, good luck :)
