Ht. 5'4", Start: 223 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Do any one know any good exercises? Or tips? Because I'm starting to fell like I can't do it any more, because when it rains I don't work out. Because I always walk, so I would really like some tips or something. Thanks!

well something i never get tired of is dancing i do it for 30 mins 6 days a week and rest on sundays i also do 130 situps and 20 lunges and things like that as long as u move ur body for about 30 mins or more and control what u eat u should be fine

I know how you feel. I can't seem to get motivated either. I just suggest putting on some music and dance when it's raining outside
