They both came home and told me to eat it. I was going to have a veg. salad but they made me it. How can I get their support? I have all these recipes for DELICOUS low-calorie foods and the ingredients aren't that expensive. How can I get my parents to buy me them?

Go grocery shopping and pick healthy stuff for healthy recipes. Be the cook- make some healthy meals for you and your family! Or cook together. Good luck.
